- Fair & Square offers two service purchase options; either a one time fee of $149 for the distress event or for a contracted monthly rate of $24.95 (with a one year contract) where extensive maintenance protection is purchased for your computer .
- With the purchase of online support option, Fair & Square additionally provides a system tune up, where the PC is scanned for viruses and malware, the hard drive is defragmented and all temporary files are removed.
ON-SITE SERVICES

- With one phone call, our on site computer support coordinators will have someone at your home or place of business within 24 hours.
- Our prices start at $129 per hour for up to two hours (residential services only), and then drops to $99 an hour.
- All of our support staff members possess years of computer repair experience, as well as a number of industry certifications.
DISCOUNTED BLOCK RATES
- F&S prices start at $100 per hour with a four block hour purchase ($400.00) and this option is available to residential services only.
- This “block” time may be used for multiple visits.
- The “block” time never expires.
